I teach weekly classes at Y2 Yoga and Sweat Method in Charlotte, NC. I also offer private yoga instruction and meditation for individual or group sessions. I fell in love with yoga when my daughters were young, at a time when I felt like I was losing my identity a little. Yoga brought me back to myself, connected me to my inner strength and to people that I might otherwise never have known. Through yoga I have found better health, community, purpose and a never-ending supply of love and hugs. I love to teach, sharing what I know and what I have experienced, I love to connect and witness the journey of others. I love that I continually learn and grow both as a teacher and a student. It truly is a lifelong practice and it is most certainly not about being 'perfect'.
